Which Twitter personality type are you ?
I've often wondered whether twitter lacks humor, albeit its really cool to get the ocassional chuckle, huh?
A features writer Adam Bunker on T3 an english gadget website "hacked into the Twitter zeitgeist to categorise you and all your followees into your specific types" and produced a slide show of screenshots of 27 significant twitter personality types.
The list appears to be averaged ? Is that the right word ? Based on the gender, masculine and wonder if, or what correspondence there is for cross the board gender application. Come to think of it, for years and years the main computer user was male. Surely it can't be the same for social networking sites, huh ? Or am I misunderstanding (oops pardon the pun), something ?
Mr Hashtags, Mr I Have A Dog, Mr Ironic Check In, Mr Jammy, Mr Lazy Googler, Mr Massive Night, Mr Newbie, Mr Nostalgia, Mr Observation, Mr Pointless, Mr Seasons, Mr Smug, Mr SpamBot, Mr Sponsorship, Mr TV Critic, Mr Tweeps, Mr Waffle, Mr Aesop, Mr Bastard, Mr Bland Liar, Mr Can't Let Go, Mr Celebrity Hater, Mr Clever Re Tweeter, Mr Constant Content, Mr Entrepreneur, Mr Friend Check, Mr Hangover.
Go here to check out which type you may or may not be.
So are you like me, and anticipate, that there are similar numbers and types of women twitters' ?
While this list is extensive its likely that there are many other types not accounted for here, like say Mr Name Dropper, Mr Poet, or Mr Nonsensical, to name a few. I bet you can hit me with some beauties too, huh ?
Incidently if your interested in getting more twitter followers, then, seodiscovery.org is offering you the opportunity of, getting more twitter followers for free.

Diaspora: The Emerging Facebook alternative ?
If you are worried and or concerned as I, about the serious loopholes and poor misjudgments that the Facebook makers continue to confound us with over matters of privacy, then you may be interested to know of the emergence of a wholly new way of conducting ones web social interaction. Enter the Diaspora portal or nodes as they will be called.
Some refer to this new web social portal as an alternative Facebook, I prefer to think of it as a more common sense approach to locking in ones privacy in every which way and with whom you share your interests data photos videos friends connections networks etc. in a simple and succinct way Diaspora as introduced here in this video by the four young savvy and clever computer geeks, will be constructed entirely as a shared open source software platform. They have made this video for all likely future users who may wish to contribute with their wallets to the thorough development of the Diaspora platform. The Diaspora Team are Maxwell, Daniel, Raphael and Ilya and their basic plan is to build a great lightweight decentralized social networking framework and release it as AGPL software. You can check out their website for updates, and follow them on Twitter or Identica, and soon, on Diaspora itself !tags: diaspora, facebook, networking, nodes, social, software, video,

Drummers for the Red Gums
was a companion protest during the Global Action on Climate Change demonstration held recently from Martin Place, Sydney.
The image here is a screen-shot of a wiggle animation by Peter Murphy who captured a small performance highlighting a back-flip that the present premier Kristina Keneally of NSW is currently being urged to execute, (by her political power base cronies) to overturn the last act by the recently ousted Premier of NSW Nathan Rees on the issue of axing the Red Gum National Park. "In his last significant act as premier, Nathan Rees announced the creation of a massive new national park along the Murray River to protect much of the state's remaining river red gum forests from logging." SMH December 4 and"Pressure is mounting on Kristina Keneally to reverse Nathan Rees's last-minute decision to create a massive national park along the Murray River to protect threatened river red gum forests." SMH December 7If you would like to see Peter's wiggle animation, then be certain that your browser has the Adobe Shockwave Plugin and if not, go here first to get your own particular computers platform plugin. Curiously there is no QTVR or Support in Quicktime X ?
According to Apple's Snow Leopard's support page, one needs to re install Quicktime 7 to view/use QTVR within a player, and although this seems a bizarre omission on Apple's behalf, the grime is in the detail.About a year ago I purchased the Pro Key for Quicktime, a couple of months later I read a rumor at Apple Rumors website that there appeared to be no reason to buy the Pro Key, since Quicktime X arrives with all the Pro Key features enabled. Apple surprisingly now refers to QTVR as "old technology" ?"Should you need it, a Snow Leopard-compatible version of QuickTime Player 7 is also available for use with older media or with existing AppleScript-based workflows. QuickTime Player 7 can be used to playback formats such as QTVR, interactive QuickTime Movies, and MIDI files. Also, it supports QuickTime 7 Pro registration codes for access to QuickTime Pro functionality." Ah ha, oh I get it. Approximately 12 years ago, Apple invented a file format that enabled viewing seamless and uninterrupted 360 degree spherical panoramas, which they named QTVR, for Quicktime Virtual Reality, and even until recently used the feature in their product pages, enabling items to be spun and rotated on the page. Many panorama photographers are frequently bewildered by the lack of new developments from Apple within the QTVR plugin. I for one remain wondering why Apple never made it possible to embed panoramas in web pages and or blogs. I imagined one being able to slurp a panorama in a Mail email some day. This also would have been a significant help to all those panorama authors who in particular rely on collaboration, let alone more efficient testing ? Panoramas, though are still web friendly to most internet users, its simply not available to Snow Leopard users unless they also install Quicktime 7. Thankfully though, with both Quicktime versions installed, together with the Pro Key, authoring remains intact. Further to this there are also a number of unsupported audio and video codecs that Quicktime X leaves behind. Here is a link to a slew of Mac OS X 10.6 knowledgebase documents. Here also is an in-depth review of the Snow Leopard System.tags: apple, news, quicktme, software, panoramas, photography,
